CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
Most Legend Iron Doors products are custom-made to order based on the specifications, measurements, options, and CAD drawings approved by the customer.
Production begins only after the customer reviews and approves the custom CAD door drawing. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product details before approval, including but not limited to door size, swing direction, jamb size, glass option, finish color, hardware, handle style, lock preparation, sidelights, transoms, and other selected specifications.
Because custom-made products are built specifically for each order, changes may not be possible after production has started. Additional charges may apply if changes are requested after drawing approval or after production has begun.
Handcrafted iron doors may have minor variations in finish, texture, weld marks, hand-forged details, or appearance. These variations are normal characteristics of handcrafted iron products and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Shipping, delivery, cancellation, return, refund, and warranty terms are described in our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms stated in those policies.
